We had a wonderful weekend visiting with two of my best friends in the world, Mary Ann and Jones (Cati calls her Jomes and sometimes it comes out Yomes!)! They drove all the way from Nashville to see us and meet our little kiddies. It really was the best weekend...we played and played and laughed and laughed all weekend. Jones and Mare really helped me out, too. They occupied the kids so that I could get some downtime. They cooked dinner for us. They even addressed the vast majority of our adoption announcements. Had they not, you might have been receiving our adoption announcement right about the time that Catalina started high school! Instead, you'll be getting one this week. Thank you, girls! Oh, and my very thoughtful husband got us mani's at the Ritz spa on Saturday, so we got to relax a little, too. I felt like I was on vacation! Such a nice treat for all of us!

On Saturday night, Cati climbed into bed with the three of us, looked around and said, "Muchas Amigas!" It was so sweet! She really loves those girls, just like her mama does!
