Fishies!

Catalina's swim lessons are going great! The child is so unbelievably brave. She blows me away. She hasn't been afraid to try anything in class. Marissa, the teacher, is a cute and nice college girl and Cati seems to really like her. It's a small class, only three other kids. Cati doesn't seem to love the other little girl in the class, Kim Ho. Everytime Kim splashes her, Cati gives her a dirty look (like the little boy at the park, Mare and Jomes...no, no, no!). But, whenever the boys, Logan or Wolfgang (his face is as cute as his name, with the sweetest smile...I'm becoming friends with his awesome mom and Catalina might join their playgroup), she just laughs and starts splashing back.

Yesterday we went to The Florida Aquarium with our new friends, Mindy and Ali. We met them at the Y and it turns out that they live right around the corner from us. Catalina was absolutely precious at the aquarium...running from tank to tank, so excited about everything that she saw. I don't think she's ever seen anything like it. Can you imagine how excited she will be when we take her to the zoo or D-I-S-N-E-Y? (We're surprising her with a trip to Magic Kingdom for her birthday, so we don't even want to say the word and tip her off)
