Sorry that it has been so long

I've been quite a slacker lately when it comes to the blog. I have been meaning to post an update about Max's adoption, but it's such an emotional subject that everytime I start a posting, I logout of Blogger instead and avoid the topic altogether. So, here I go avoiding it again...

The past couple of weekends have been nice. Last weekend, it rained and poured all weekend long, so we just hung around the house. Louie even did a couple of crafts with the kids, one of which you can see below:





This weekend, we went to Caladesi Island State Park, a beautiful beach near Clearwater. You can only access the beach by boat, Catalina and Gus's first boat ride ever.
