Visit with Bibi and Grandad

My parents were here for a visit this weekend and we all had a wonderful time!! Gus was still sick, so it was nice to have help the entire weekend. None of us wanted to say "good-bye" on Monday!

Bibi and Grandad are such good sports and they just played and played the entire time. We went to the zoo and the aquarium, which were also so much fun. Here are some cute pics from their visit. Oh, I especially love these first ones!











Gus was laughing so much at these little marmosets. It was adorable!















This is a game that Gus loves to play: How long can I do this (while staring at Mama and half-smiling) before I get in trouble!?



He looks around to see who else is watching him as he gets away with murder...



...and, then the moment someone moves toward him, he does what he already knew he should be doing (e.g., sits on his bottom, gets down from the coffee table, etc.)







Thank you, thank you, thank you to Bibi and Grandad for everything this weekend...they occupied the kids, they helped out around the house, they gave us wonderful Christmas presents. We are very thankful for everything!

Here are a few pictures from our visit to Santa. There was a HUGE snowglobe that you walked through to get to Santa and these little fake snowflakes fell as you walked through. It was really cute. You can kind of see it in the background below. Anyway, Catalina is obsessed with snowglobes now.
