We stopped for lunch at a little beachy place. Gussy slept while we waited for our food to arrive, while Cati looked out the window at the water. There was a doggie on the boat dock outside and Cati was really worried/hoping that the doggie would jump into the water.
Boy, does this little girl love her papa (and vice versa)!
Gussy woke up just in time to enjoy a few french fries and lots of ketchup!
On Saturday evening, our friends, Josh, Lindsay, and Will, came over for dinner. Everyone had a great time. Cati made ice cream for everyone in the cool little ice cream ball that Grandad and Bibi gave her.
Father's Day was really, really wonderful. Papa got some nice gifts, including a tie that Cati picked out. Not only did she pick it out, it was her idea in the first place. It is now Papa's very favorite! After church and naps, the kids decorated cupcakes with Papa and then we all went out for sushi. The sushi, again, was Cati's idea and we are always thrilled when she suggests it.
